Join us for the 2024 LCISD Band Spectacular! Band students from Lubbock-Cooper Middle School, Laura Bush Middle School, Liberty High School, and Lubbock-Cooper High School will showcase their talents in an evening of fine performances followed by a combined performance with all LCISD band students! All LCISD stadium policies will be enforced.

Please join us for the grand opening of Patriot Stadium at Liberty High School and the inaugural home football game of the Liberty Patriots on Friday, September 27! Pre-game festivities will include performances by the Patriot Regiment and Pirate Pride Bands, a special military presentation, and more! Patriotism is a core value of Lubbock-Cooper ISD, and was the inspiration for the name and mascot of Liberty High School. We are immeasurably grateful for the men and women who have served our country, and it is important to our school family that we not only honor these individuals, but teach our students the importance of respecting and honoring their bravery and sacrifice, as well. As part of our pre-game festivities, we would like to invite all United States veterans in and around our community to join us as honored guests for this special event! Veterans will have seating on the track during our pre-game presentation, and veterans (along with their families) will have seating in a special reserved section of our stands for the game. Update: New Home ISD has closed the parking lot initially intended for Liberty fans. Please see the updated parking map from New Home ISD for the updated parking location for Liberty fans (west of the New Home stadium and parking lot).

New Home ISD has advised that all Liberty Football fans traveling to New Home for tonight's game should avoid traveling south on Slide Road to reach New Home. Instead, the district advises Liberty fans to travel south on Highway 87, then west on 211. This will lead Liberty fans directly to the visitor parking lot shown on the attached map, provided by New Home ISD.

The Patriot Varsity Football team will face New Home at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30 at New Home. Tickets will be sold at Liberty HS through Friday (cash only; $5 adults/$2 students). Please purchase tickets early, as seating will be very limited. Let's go, Patriots!

Reserved tickets at Patriot Stadium will be available beginning Monday, July 8 at https://url.lcisd.net/athletictickets! On August 1, General Admission ticket sales will open. Please note: Reserved tickets are available for home Varsity Football games only. To purchase Reserved tickets: - Determine the date of the game you would like to purchase. (“Season Tickets” will require purchaser to repeat the process below for each game date.) Click “Select” - Select Section C, D, or E (these are the Reserved sections). - Select your desired number of tickets. - Choose the location of your seat(s). - Click “Next” to be routed to the checkout screen. - To purchase Reserved tickets for multiple games, click “Buy More Tickets” in your cart. (To purchase tickets for the same Reserved seats for multiple games, please make note of the row and seat numbers you previously selected.) - You will be routed to remaining game dates, where you can repeat the process above. - Once all of your desired seats are in your cart, complete the checkout process. Please ensure you enter a valid email address during this process, as you will receive your tickets via email.

As this will be the inaugural season at Patriot Stadium, there is no renewal period for Reserved tickets for Liberty Varsity Football this year. Instead, those interested in Reserved tickets at Patriot Stadium may purchase those seats beginning Monday, July 8. A "how-to guide" will be posted this week with further instructions. Congratulations to the Liberty HS String Quartet, who earned a Division I rating in their FIRST-EVER appearance at the STATE Solo & Ensemble Contest over the weekend! To qualify for State, these Patriots had to earn a Division I rating on a Class I (most difficult) solo or ensemble at the Regional competition during the spring semester. Way to go, Patriots! #LCPfamily

The LCISD Music Department competed in the UIL Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest this past weekend in Austin. In February, these students performed their solo or ensemble and earned the highest rating at the Region level, which advanced them to State. The students listed earned medals for outstanding performances in their solos and ensembles. Way to go, Pirates and Patriots! #LCPfamily

The parents of all incoming, interested, and returning LCHS and Liberty HS simmers/divers are invited to a meeting at 6:00pm on Tuesday, May 7 on the social stairs at the front of Lubbock-Cooper High School. (Athletes are also invited to attend, although this is a parent meeting.)
